At GovtRecruitments, data integrity is paramount. We reject static rumors, social media speculation, and unauthorized syllabus blogs. Every recruitment claim published on this portal must satisfy our rigorous 6-Stage Publication Gate.

1. The 6-Stage Publication Gate

Stage 1: Primary Gazette Intake

Direct ingest of official notification PDFs, gazettes, and rulebooks directly from authority domains (.gov.in / .nic.in).

Stage 2: Deterministic Rule Extraction

Rulebook text is parsed for exact advertisement numbers, age cutoff dates, category relaxation provisions, and CPCT/typing standards.

Stage 3: Multi-Signal Duplicate Detection

Every ingested drive is checked against active records across advertisement numbers, official source URLs, and authority post titles.

Stage 4: Mathematical Vacancy Reconcilation

Category vacancy tallies (UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) must mathematically sum to the advertised total vacancy claim before release.

Stage 5: Verification & Human Sign-off

A verified data editor checks each criteria against specific rulebook pages before advancing state from PENDING_VERIFICATION to VERIFIED.

Stage 6: Public Gateway Publication

Only verified records with active official notification links are exposed to public endpoints and the deterministic calculation engine.

2. Official Board Registers

GovtRecruitments validates all entries against authoritative state registers:

  • Central bodies: UPSC, SSC, railway and banking recruitment boards, and central ministries (.gov.in / .nic.in).
  • State Public Service Commissions & Selection Boards: advertisements, rulebooks and notices published on the official website of each state or union territory.
  • High Courts, police recruitment boards and state departments: notifications published on their own official domains.

3. Corrigenda & Lifecycle Tracking

When an official board releases an addendum, extension notice, or revised exam timetable, GovtRecruitments archives the prior milestone and updates the structured event timeline with source revision notes. Unverified records remain in HOLD or PENDING_VERIFICATION until official confirmation is obtained.
